Here we go again

Does anyone go threw this my period is due in a couple of days and these past two days I feel lightheaded not dizzy just lightheaded I'm 46 and was told I'm pre-menopause every time I feel lightheaded my anxiety goes up ugh

Yes I used to be like that before and after period and then I had no idea what it was . 2 days before I was that light headed and so off balance it wasn't funny . Good luck

Thank u for replying makes me feel a little better knowing someone else goes threw this I also suffer from allergies trees and grass lol my luck

It is good to read that your not alone and believe me your not. This site has def helped me as when I read I'm like omg that's me !! I'm not going crazy after all , well just yet lol. Yer every time I feed the horses night and morning I sneeze for ages , there is always something . I can get in the middle of the day a sore throat , feel temp warm, headache as if getting sick then within a few hours it's gone grrr the joys

Yes I have the lightheadedness for days and feel horrible when I have my period and the days leading up to it. It's horrible. My anxiety goes so mental it's really horrible and then I have panic attacks

I thought it was only me lol I never had this leading to my period but last month and now I have it and I hate it so much cause than I start thinking that something horrible is gonna happen last year around this time I experience it so I don't know if it has to do with the weather changing I'm just so sick of it ugh

I hear ya I'm the same I think something bad is going to happen so I put myself to bed
