I've had quite an ok day until about 20mins ago, (i'm at work) and I just feel really weak? My legs feel super heavy like if I was to get up from my desk I would just fall over... I feel quite dizzy too, feel like I'm kinda swaying again like I could pass out. This fear really panicks me so my breathing keeps going a little funny...

For a start just take some deep breathing now I know some will say "how can I take deep breaths when I'm spinning out well trust me that can be done I've had depression, anxiety for the last 36yrs and heart problems and at times ifs so hard to feel normal but I'm on lamotrigine and Prozac one lamotrigine starting at 25mg and now on 100mg and two Prozac of a morning as well.the lamotrigine which Is a mood stabiliser is quite effective for me.but still have trouble with depression though. It's a battle every day but don't give up never give up ok you will get there hey it may take years but keeping trying
I can really understand you. I get this sometimes. Thankfully not often. When I do get it, I sit down and drink water. Generally I feel weak, shaky and about to faint because I don't have enough water in me and I haven't eating much in a wile. I do always feel fine after siting down, getting water in me and most of all telling yourself you're ok to calm anxiety. Did you go a long period without eating for this to happen? Not enough water? Or even lack of sleep?
I drink upto 3lts of water a day, I'm really good with it
I eat reguarlly... my sleep is a little up and down, but I think thats due to my anxiety. I've been told I have health anxiety, but obviousaly when these like this happen I cant help but think there is something more to it.. as I suffer from really awful physical symptoms
