Issues with heart!

I am desperate! On Wed I had a few Palpatations, yesterday (Thursday) I had a few more, today is starting out with a racing heart and even more Palpatations... I can't think of anything that has changed. These stop me in my tracks and ruin my day. I'm afraid to do anything fearing it will bring them on. It's life altering!

I feel you're pain hun I'm so afaid to do any thin in case it bring on the fast heart rate 😢 I know how you're suffering I really do

Anyone heard of trying magnesium?

Yes I take magnesium and I think it does help slightly I only take a low dose but the higher the better apparently

Yea it does hun,  the other morning I woke up with fast is n heart beat so took one straight away and within 40 mins or so it had calmed right down and I was calm it lasted all day too I don't take one every day only when my hearts fast
