What does a Panic Attack feel like?

8 years ago I went to the ER for what ended up being Palpitations. Ive had them on and off over the next 8 years until this weekend. They started Sat at a baseball game. The Sunday I got what I never had before with the palpitations. I felt lightheaded. I walked it off in a panic. Then yesterday I was at my son's chorus concert and I felt the palpitations again i was sitting around everyone. I started sweating then I was feeling light headed again. all i could think about was dying in the gym in front of everyone so I had to get out of there. I never felt this before so today I went to the ER again and blood work PERFECT, Chest X-ray PERFECT vitals PERFECT. ECG normal sinus rhythm with an occasional PVC. Was what I had a panic attack? HELP!!

I suffer like this too and have all the tests known to man so I guess it is just panic although I still question myself over and over again and that's the anxiety it likes to trick us into thinking were ill and the more we question the worse it becomes, I have just had am episode myself and it scares the hell out of me you never get used to it no matter how long you've had them 😢

That is a panic attack for sure!!!!  Did you get really weak and somewhat tired after it happened?
