Seriously anxiety ...just go !!!!! I like many of you have suffered enough. Striving and struggling through everyday life. Only time I am at peace is when.I'm asleep and even then it's short lived

Just take it easy ! I know it's not easy but hang in there and well just let the frustration out by exercising or even a scream haha 😊
I read on another forum that if you keep taking it out on a pillow it releases anxiety, I haven't tried it yet but I do aqua aerobics and this seems to help, it is just nice to be in a group of people enjoying yourself. I too have had mine for 10 years, ups and downs all the time. I would say that trying to think of the good things that happen makes it easier. I am 69 and full of aches and pains and I am always thinking I have tumours,, the mind is always trying to get you in a horrible place, just tell it to go away and not interrupt you, it ma help a little. Hope you feel a little better soon.
