Storms PTSD-panic disorder

Laying here watching it rain, so peaceful.....  You would think with having PTSD I would be scared of storms but I'm not actually...  I'm actually ok right now....  I'm relaxed right now.....   Dark, calm, fan blowing on me to rain drops hittin....  Don't wanna sleep, just want to enjoy this....

Enjoy every minute of it and keep those peaceful sounds close to you when you have a bad day. It's storming here to and it is peaceful.

I'm just laying here enjoying it......  Reminds me of the scene in cast away with tom hanks and he knocks his tooth out, he passes out and they just show the lightning and thunder and you hear the rain.........
