It's been a while

It's been a while since I've had my anxiety and panic attack tonight it's not going so well lots of left chest pain and I can tell I'm getting palpitations and it's horrible I'm so sick of this it's ruining my life...my biggest problem is I can't sit in the car with someone for a long ride my anxiety Gos crazy ugh I feel like I won't be able to go anywhere sucks even more wen I live alone...I really wish it will just go away hate having to decide do I go to the er or do I stay home the chest pain is what makes me more Nero use but every time I go it's the same thing I've gone over 40times in the last 2yrs ☹️😔😭
