Just a little advice would be nice

Hi I have been suffering from anxiety attacks for 7 years now. Had CBT doc sorted out my medication but this last week I have felt strange. My heart is constantly beating fast. I feel like jelly. I feel sick and dizzy. I feel tired all the time and a little bit tearful. Is this because of my anxiety?. I haven't made appointment with doctor yet because he is away and the only one I feel comfy able talking too. Anyone else felt like this ?

Hi, this could well be your anxiety, I have had these symptoms along with others, have you been feeling more anxious or worrying more than usual? I often feel tearful too 😩 X

Well there is a lot going on at the mo and loads of big events coming up but my pills usually sort any unwanted feelings
