Hey I came off the anti deps 3 weeks ago and was doin great just recently I started gettin random palps in my heart they don't last long it's just a random one every so of her can n e one be in the same boat lol

My cardiologist said they are normal & just get worse if you focus on them. Drinking ice water can settle them.
