Can't breathe......!!!!

Hi....y'all!.....feeling like my wind pipe is closing up, got a weird sensation in my throat, I eat and drink just fine, feel like I don't get enough breath, I know it sounds weird, I constantly clear my throat and take deep breaths.....I'm a huge, huge health aniexty sufferer, I suppose that could be making me worse.....

If it's really worrying you, don't feel like you can't go see a doctor just because you're not sure what it is. Maybe just having your fears acknowledged and doing something constructive might make you feel a little calmer. It's better to just check it out!

Thanks for the reply...... I've got an ENT appointment soon for something unrelated, so why im there I will mention it...! I'm such a big chicken......scared of my own shadow😕

I get this mine is muscle tension/ acid reflux I find clearing my throat makes it worse I try not to think about it ( very hard ) and drink plenty if water.

Hi.....that's exactly what it feels like, its very hard to concentrate on anything, my throat feels like its being squeezed😕
