Panic

Woke up this morning panicy my hands r all sweaty and I feel like I'm in a dream or like I'm just going to black out or die. Help

I'm feeling exactly the same at the minute too it's horrible mine comes with a vengeance in the morning when it's at its worst I know it's easier said than done because I'm the same but just try and calm down!!! It's hard I know but try too because the symptoms seem to ease wen ur calmer xx

I have this every day. I know it sucks but the best thing you can do is get up, take a shower and go about your day like you normally would. You won't get any relief if you focus on it.
