Every time my anxiety kicks in I feel it in my knees both my knees feel like they are swelling and in pain. Then I start to get weird because my legs and feet feel tense and weird and I get pins and needles in my face a little too. I'm just scared I literally had to take a quick cold shower to calm myself from losing control or passing out. I've never passed out before from a panic attack or anything but sometimes I feel like if I don't change my thoughts right away that I will lose control of my body or something
It's like almost every night as soon as I am
Going to sleep I get jumpy and my anxiety kicks in. This morning my knees and shins are in pain I still feel a little nervous but not like last night. I don't want to take any medicine for it I want to get better naturally and now!
It all started in December

I do get leg pain, foot pain, arm pain, face pain, headaches, and dizziness. When it's too much to take and I go to the ER, they are shocked when I decline meds.
I totally relate to wanting to be better "naturally & now" and think that's my new motto.
The doctors also tell you it's just anxiety? They said I have anxiety disorder but I think something had to have caused it. Might have been my excess drinking I was doing months ago but I never knew anxiety could feel so physical too. I do realize that as soon as the worry goes away I feel really good mostly during the day.
I like drinking this natural anxiety powder called YStress it's in a blue box it is the best and natural so I recommend you buy some
my neurologist and cardiologist have said they think it's stress or psychosomatic. The others mostly just apologize that they can't find an answer & try to push pills.
I to get pains in my arm legs hands face yesturday i was sit at tge hosp for 3 and half hours and then walked home when i got home i was in so much pain with my legs i could not hardly walk but the seen to be ok atm
Yeah, I also get almost the same thing symptoms as you. I feel as if I were to pass out, I feel as if I wasnt getting enough air, I get a sensation as if my throat was becoming tighter. I can't sleep because of this. Once i lay down when i feel like im getting an anxiety attack i feel like all air has left my body, and i cant really breath well. And when I close my eyes I just feel fearful for no reason and and I wake up and from there I can't get a good night sleep.
