Every time my anxiety kicks in I feel it in my knees both my knees feel like they are swelling and in pain. Then I start to get weird because my legs and feet feel tense and weird and I get pins and needles in my face a little too. I'm just scared I literally had to take a quick cold shower to calm myself from losing control or passing out. I've never passed out before from a panic attack or anything but sometimes I feel like if I don't change my thoughts right away that I will lose control of my body or something

Going to sleep I get jumpy and my anxiety kicks in. This morning my knees and shins are in pain I still feel a little nervous but not like last night. I don't want to take any medicine for it
I want to get better naturally and now!
