If someone knows how to stop night mares, I am up for anything. I have been dealing with this sense July and I am worn out.

Try to mediate before you sleep, it will help to reveal in concerns in your subconscious. Hopefully once you've dealt with those thoughts positively they'll go away.

I agree with what you say. It is a good technique. The challenge will be if her conscious mind is ready to deal with the fears. It could take some time.

Sorry about the nightmares!!  Have you talked to anyone about them? Nightmares are a way of your subsconscious to express some fears that your conscious self is unable to. Do any of the nightmares have repeat figures or themes? There is a fear there your subsconscious is asking you to face.

Hi, try listening to some music before bed Cammomile tea as well .. It worked for me try it!  Good luck!

My anxiety began with nightmares, funny thing I used to deal with them better as a kid.  I get the reoccurring nightmares that also combine with that half awake sleep paralysis, which makes it worse since I'm half awake and can't move.  For the most part I can say I finally got over those nightmares, but I did it by watching comedies or feel good movies until I passed out.  Also I did figure out they were dreams when I was dreaming, and would either wake myself up before the scary stuff really got serious or fought it out.  That's the most I've done. But it seems to work.  Hope it's helpful.
