This week this month has been like a roller coaster with my health. My esophugus has been playing up because I suffer Achalasia food digest in my throat and something isn't right with me and I cant put my foot on why. So I been feeling dehydrated a few times which is making me ill in so many ways. I cant go to the toilet I am sick all days and it is play havoc with my mental health also.
