Hi Katie, it seems like we can't win sometimes. Did a good job on not
focusing on breathing and then along comes the feeling of "calm" and
it's scary because we are not use to that feeling. Your face getting flushed
is just another sign of anxiety. I see that was 3 hours ago, hope things
have settle down some. Take it easy, you are doing better.
