Well its been a bit of a roller coaster last couple of days, I'm very up and down, thinking that everything is going to be aright, then my brain starts to think of the most awful thoughts, I don't know why I put myself through this, I put on a very brave face for the sake of my family, but deep down I just worry!!

Try to occupy your mind. Find a hobbie that will keep your mind off of stuff like that. Reading, watching a movie, walking, even coloring can be helpful. Thinking about it will only make the worry worse. Just let go and let god
Yes i constantly google my symptoms, which will only put more worry on you. Recently ive been having chest pain and stuff and have been terrified that I'm dying. Drs cant find whats wrong did multiple different tests. Like i said the best thing to do is keep your mind of it.
I find myself googling everything and anything these days. It's like my best friend in some weird way. Do you suffer from physical anxiety? Today for me is chest pains & shortness of breath it's been happening all day. Dull pains but they are pretty scary. I can't wait until bed time because it's the only real time I get peace.
Yes, in a weird way what ever my focus is of the day, my body starts to mimic that symptom, so yes I do get physical sensations, probably doing it to myself, at the moment my mind is doing overtime because, I've got a slightly swollen lymph gland in my neck, I've had it checked by the doctor, he wasn't to concerned, but me being me think its a for more serious issue, I'm just nuts !
You aren't nuts, it's a very scary thing that we have to deal with every single day. I wanna cry at least 10 times a day but I put on a fake smile. It's driving me absouletly insane I think I don't know how much more I can really take of this.
