Minimal anxiety for 2 days and suddenlyft lots of anxiety

I've been minimally anxious for the past couple days. I got into a big fight with my mom earlier and was yelling at the top of my lungs. I also was at my doctor today and my blood pressure was 102/70. He said that's very good. I ate a healthy meal after working out and suddenly my right ear is a lot warmer than my left and my pulse is 88. I feel like I'm breathing harder...

Hi, as I was reading through post to help me with my anxiety issues, I came across yours and I thought i'd reach out to you. First of all I'm very sorry that you are dealing with this vicious anxiety cycle. Let me tell you a little about myself. I'm a 27 year old mother of 2. I had my first panic attack about 3 months after a terrible accident that I was hurt in. I was shot at the age of 16. I was with some "friends" that had stolen some drugs from someone that I wasn't aware of. They picked me up for a ride and shortly after we were being followed and chased. It was very scary because we were driving over 100 mph on the road trying to get away. The man fired shots and the bullet went through the tail light, trunk and through the back seat and struck me in my back. After I was shot my "friends" didn't rush me to the er. I was laying in the back seat bleeding to death and dying. The bullet had entered in and broke a few ribs, collapsed my left lung, went through my liver, through and through my stomach. Luckily that is all the damage it did. Now fast forward...I had my first anxiety attack driving by the same place I was shot. It was months later and I just felt panic and felt like I couldn't breathe. Ever since then I have had anxiety that has escalated to have my thinking that I have heart problems and brain issues. I have always been in stressful environment at my workplace and at home. I've had anxiety attacks just about everywhere. I'm constantly checking my heart rate on my Galaxy S5. I can never just relax....I try everything even medication. I recently anti depressant and had nothing but nausea from it so I got off, the only thing that will help me is Xanax or the generic Xanax that I have. Every little twitch in my body or pain sends me into panic attacks. I feel that talking to others helps, minimizing as much stress as possible helps, eating right, stretching or exercise, also I feel that being successful helps. I worry about my future and my kids future all the time, so I am working on a degree right now, I wish I would have done it sooner but there's nothing I can do about the past. I just try to focus on the future and stay positive. Your happiness really controls your anxiety. Get rid of things in your life that aren't helping you. I wish you the best and I hope you overcome your anxiety.
