Weird dreams

Does anyone have really weird/anxious dreams of themselves dying or just other weird, gruesome  stuff and wake up feeling really out of it and anxious?

I thought I was the only one ... I've had this one dream ten times and it scarring me to death I wake up cold and feeling horrible then I can't get to sleep, so I go to school tired.

I may not able to give advice but if you wanna chat and support each other I'm always here for people. ❤
