does any one know what are the best tablets that actually work for depression and anxiety ?

really would like your help if u know any tables that actually work plz let me know

I've heard good things about anxietin

I took one with eluthero that helped me before but mostly I stick to the herbs skullcap motherwort lemon balm chamomile passionflower, and take your vitamin d, potassium, magnesium. Stay well hydrated and get enough sleep. I hope you feel better soon. Also therapy helps, I would start weekly. I now go monthly but I also see a psychiatrist. The only medication that has helped is Xanax but it's bad for you and short lived. Also going for regular walks is great getting a dog or going with a dog is even better

The "best medication" is different for everybody. Everyone reacts a bit differently to medications than anyone else. It is really as case of 'trial and error", which can be frustrating. But once you have found the meds with the right chemistry that works FOR YOU, you should be all set for quite a while.

I assume you are working with a good psychiatrist who will help you find the answer for your individual needs.

I take Luvox for depression and Xanax for anxiety or panic attack... It worked.. Luvox takes time to habe an effect on u but it makes u feel so much better... Finally i feel like myself again...

I take mertazapine 45mg for my depression it works pretty well for me it don't make me feel spaced out like when I was on fluoxetine had a bad rereaction to that, also been having CBT sessions with a counsellor thus has helped me organise and put my thoughts into perspective.

Every one is different with medication I take citalopram which works for me at times my hubby has server depression and he is on sertraline and I must say ge has only been on it 2 days and his mood has changed big tine he is more relaxed as before he was never and always moody and shouting and getting annoyed at the smallest things but now he don't do any of it he seems happier more chilled and no shouting or owt and it's only been 2 days we both happy how fast he has taken to it and how fast it worked as it's meant to be 4-6 weeks to start to work properly mine did I also do yoga and use rescue remedy which is nothing but herbal remedies so no side effects like pills given by GP..hope u get something to help u
