Weird throat feeling

For the past 3 days I have been experiencing this weird feeling in my throat. It feels as if something is stuck but there is also a post nasal drip feeling. It seems to affect my breathing when I'm doing cardio. My nose is dried out as well. I have increased my klonopin dose from 0.5 mg to 1 mg per day. I know that anti anxiety medications can cause dry nose. Does anyone have any suggestions for this? I have my tonsils out so I do not think its an infection.

I get that feeling in my throat so im always throat clearing aswell just to see if there is actually anything stuck but there never is, I was told that dry air can make the nose dry out,

Here in the uk its cold now so when I have the heating on my nose dries out because of the heat in the house i dont really know what the weather is like in the USA.
