Where does anxiety come from? Why do we have it? And why does a mental health issues cause so many physical symptoms?

I wonder about that myself! I've had it for many years but has been really bad since planning my wedding. I get the dizziness, feeling of doom, trembling, upset stomach. Feel like I have to get out, even in the car or my own house! It's awful.

Unfortunately it is the result of imperfections from ones family. I inherited my illness from my Mother. That does not mean we have to suffer forever. There are many things to help. Although I sometimes panic I have to say that I have now conquered this and it was due to physical activity and relaxation tapes. Also going for long walks in the countryside. You have to find something where your mind is occupied with nice things. I even did housework for a few people anything to fil my day. You CAN get better. Just find what helps you😊😊👍👍

So what did they do to get this tested and find this all out. I'm very much like you I've got a good life and never suffered from anything like this before, I still find it very hard to believe it's anxiety
