Haven't been on for awhile things have been pretty calm than it hits doctor wants me to increase my lexapro from 10mg to 20mg even that worries me once a week I take a Xanax cause I'm tired of feeling so down and out therapy is helping he's been teaching me to get away from toxic people funny they always seem to come my way hope everyone is doing a bit better hang in there guys hopefully things will get a bit better for all of us

I compromised and have been taking 15mg Lexapro for quite awhile now. Doing fine.
