Cramping and back pain

So ever since my last period I have been having cramps not all day it seems to come and go and a few days ago my lower back has been hurting to I did a whole lot of walking the past 2 days my feet hurt as well so that's why I think my back hurts but the cramping worries me a little

Any comments or advice am so making it more than what it is??

Cramps where? Are you constipated? Have you been walking barefoot around the house. If I do I instantly get cramps, and an infection, as I'm very sensitive. Maybe you just caught a cold or something. I would go to the doctors if it doesn't go away in a week, but don't stress too much, for us women this is 'normal', just take better care of your body in next few days

Just give it a week, weare something on your foot all the time, and dring cranberry juice. It's probably an uti, but if it doesn't go away, go to your gp, you might need a course of antibiotics

Ever since I posted this I haven't had any pain weird how that works lol
