Back pain chest pain hand pain

For a few months my upper back has hurt and I get chest pain on and off and also the bones in the palm of my hands hurt to touch at times. Some days it’s worse than others . Some days my ribs and hands hurt to touch an then other days not as bad.. has anyone else had this ? X

hi I don't have rib pain but my hips back shoulders and a couple of fingers get really painful.its not arthritis so who knows.

I get mid and upper back pain all down my spine, across my shoulders, into my neck and typically down my left arm but it can be both. I also get hand pain, rib pain and chest pain. I've been checked out by doctors for heart problems but everything was ok. I think it's a combination of all different things as a result of anxiety but some days it really worries me! You're not alone

I've only been to see about chest pain and left arm pain and 2 separate doctors I saw said it's anxiety.

When my asthma acts up I get this really bad pack pain. It's from my chest straight to my back and I be in so much pain.im guessing when the muscles are tightening it pulls but when my asthma gets better it eases up

thanks for ur reply ! I literally have no idea what it is which really stresses me out . Doctors have said its anxiety an others have said costochondritis
