How is everyone today. I was not bad last week and past few days been feeling awfull again. Sick dizzy light headed really spaced out like I am in a dream. So worried I have an actual illness and it's getting me down. When I don't want to eat I lose weight and that stresses me out even more. I was eating loads last week as well and now back to this.

Well if we don't eat we will loose a few pounds so try not to worry over that as it is normal but try and eat a little something
You know it can hit us hard when we have a few positive weeks and then negative strikes again but like anything we are recovering from we will have up's and downs but also see it as a positive because if you had not made progress you would not realize you had gone down a little bit but you will come back up again

Is something subconsciously bothering you? That sick light headed spaced out
feeling can be caused by not eating as well as not hydrating. You said when you
were eating loads last week you felt better. I do hope you start improving very
soon. This is a horrible feeling and only feeds into the anxiety even more.
