I was really bad for about a week or so and I stayed at my partners. Now I am at home it just feels weird and reminds me of my anexiety. Help 😓😓

Find something that reminds you of feeling calm then meditate concentrating on this object or image in your mind.if you've never meditated now would be an ideal time to learn xxx
It could very well be that you needed a change in scenery. Now that you are back home the surroundings remind you of where you experienced your anxiety. Remember that anxiety is in your mind and not your home. This is when imagery could come into play. Practicing meditation, relaxation and imagery can make your home a safety haven. Wishing you well.
