Can't get a diagnosis. It started December 9 I woke up one morning with this weird dizzy feeling and it hasn't gone away its with me 24/7 .I have blood tests chest X-ray reflex test urin test all normal my uric acid is a little high .all the doctors say its anxiety but I wasn't stressed about anything before this came about .need help
