For the past year I've been having really bad head pressure, dizziness and headaches. I googled everything under the sun and scared myself half to death! A couple of weeks ago I finally got an MRI scan of my brain which told me j had a complete healthy brain! I was so releved! But I still get really bad lightheadedness, it can last days on end! Even when I'm sitting down or laying in bed but it's not a dizzy feeling like things moving around its all inside my head! It panicks me and then I start getting shortness of breathe! I've had untold blood tests, 3 ecgs, but this lightheadedness effects my life daily! Does anyone have this? I'm starting to run out of ideas of what this could be

Lightheadedness
That's the most common symptom I suffer with,I've had it for 3 years, its awful,i always think that I'm going to pass out but never have done and that's what you need to keep thinking,if anything was going to happen to you it would have by now, don't google, its dangerous xxx
I have the same problem too. It could be so many things. Did you see an ENT Dr? Maybe you should do some tests like VNG which checks your inner ear. Otherwise it's most probably stress related. Or that's what I was told about my case. It's a horrible feeling. Does happen daily and for how long?
You definitely should. A big part of dizziness is due it inner ear problems
Or a mild form of epilepsy or sounds sometimes trigger dystonic storms. Maybe more susceptible if you were previously on any nerve pills or anti depressants. Just my opinion.
