Hi, I'm new to this, I've dealt with anxiety over 10 years, depression and PTSD. I have my boards coming up this upcoming week. It's been so hard to study when I'm so anxious and my mind is racing. I'm trying to stay positive but it's hard all alone. Any kind words or advice is appreciated. Thank you
