U there we have talked before, I feel sad for you bu underneath is a STRONG girl reaching out. Those black eyes I'll improve as your liver and kidneys heal. A good diet, quality rest, good meds and most of all believe in yourself. Have you ever been on meds calld cymbalta? It is an anti depressant/ anti anxiety. Take little steps for your physical and mental health. Perhaps some little goals. If you can get abit better you may be able to do a little volunteer work and meet people.
I understand some of your pain, I came from an abusive childhood and I am
"Damaged". The best thing for this is to be of some help to others.wishing you well.
I know things will get better!!!! My anxiety started when I was very young and was trying to take care of myself. I exercised regularly and thought I was eating healthy. Over years anxiety wore me to the point I couldn't care for myself. Backwards I suppose!!! Either way it is no fun and takes its toll on us. I will pray for you and be hoping you get better day by day! Hugs.
