I know many people who have done some hard drugs for at least 10 years (including my parents) you are not the only one and it is never to late to turn things around. Do stuff that will make you feel good about yourself, whether it's dressing up nice, going to a fancy place, taking a walk in the park, exercising dailey. If you think about yourself in a good way, when you look at yourself in the mirror you will feel better and look at yourself better. Write about the good things you have done and just shove the negatives out or at least try. I hope you feel better and I hope your life will get better.
Hi there I a sorry you were treated badly! Yes it makes one treat themselves badly. As for your eyes, this is because your liver is toxic, there are liver detoxes that you can buy, one being Milk Thistle. If you keep clean, detox your liver for a while added to lots of water and verges that darkness will go. It may take a few months. Also garlic and parsley tablets for a month and a probiotic will help that burning and cleanse your tummy. Wishing you well.

Hello
Could you try typing in lower case and not capitals if possible please , it can be more difficult to read as well as coming across as shouting even though I know you want to be heard and need help we will still get how you feel from what you write in lower case
You seem to be in a very low place at the moment and could do with support , therapy would be great as it seems your past has really affected you and if you could work through this , maybe realize it was not your fault how you were treated and how to deal with it you could move forward
Speak to your Doctor again , let them know you need help if you feel the Doctor you see is not very understanding then see another one in the same surgery , but keep asking for help it is out there and don't stop searching for it till someone listens
Meanwhile if your anxiety is bad members will do their best to help you on here if only to listen as sometimes we do not have the answers but we do understand how it feels to be low and full of anxiety
Take Care x

Hi Bounce, you are always very helpful and positive to everyone. How are you doing yourself just now?
• in reply to
Hello Jill
Thank you for asking how I am that is very kind of you
It is my Birthday actually today so I am trying to have a relaxing day
I am however suffering with indigestion problems , I had them before years ago but they seemed to calm down but last year we lost my Dad to cancer so you can imagine now indigestion has become in the anxiety mind something a lot more serious but trying to push these thoughts to one side
How are you ? Have you had a nice Christmas ?
Thank You again x

Hi there, happy birthday to you. I'm sorry to hear about your dad. Christmas was difficult as I wasn't great for a couple of days, it's starting to get me down, I'm not sure if I need to come off meds or have them increased, health centre seems to be closed today.
How are you feeling now? Where are you from? x

Hello
I am really sorry to hear you have not been feeling to good , it could be the meds , how long have you been taking them as I know they can take up to 3 months for them to work and any side effects to subside
I am in the UK and today is Bank Holiday Monday but everything should be back to normal by tomorrow so hopefully it will be the same for you where ever you are so not long to wait now
I still have my indigestion and convinced it was what my Dad had but I expect no more as I do have anxiety even though now a days most things I can reason with but it is the odd thing that really gets to me
Let me know if you get to see someone tomorrow will keep my fingers crossed for you x

Hello again, I'm in Scotland! I have been on the meds 2 months, thought maybe I need to change or increase, not sure, will try and get doc tomorrow. Thanks for replying to me xx
• in reply to
O I am in the Midlands I think you will or should be the same as us and everything open again tomorrow
I would imagine they will either increase them , tell you to wait another few weeks but if so I would say I can't or maybe change them , I know to start with it can take a bit of experimenting to find what suites each one best but you do get there and when you do hopefully you won't look back and you will feel so much better x
Oh I hope so, do you take anything? What's your name? 😊
• in reply to
Hello Jane , I take it yours is Jill
No I have to be honest I don't take anything , two reasons I have a massive meds fear and also I seem to have bad reactions to meds , some years ago I could take anything now that all seems to have changed but I know lot's that do take them and I envy them sometimes seeing how they improve once they get the right one's and adjust to them
Have you tried one calle I think Stertralene , bet I have not got the spelling right there but I had a friend that started of on a very small dose of those she had been really bad with anxiety for a few years and was against meds but then decided nothing else was working so she started this very small dose and because it was so small she had no side effects hardly then when she felt she was ready not the doctor telling her she went on a slightly higher dose and she kept doing that till she felt the dose she was on was enough for her , everything improved and she has never looked back
I think of course you need the help of your Doctor to prescribe these meds and support you but like my friend I think you know your own body to and like she did she told them what she wanted and how she was going to do it and it worked for her
It is early days for you but you will find what will work for you to x

Yes that's the ones I take I'm on 100mg, just want to feel my old self again. I lost my job and my holiday last year due to being unwell! x
• in reply to
O 100mg is a good dose my friend only weened herself to 50mg and she felt that was enough for her but of course we are all different in what we can tolerate
Are you feeling worse rather than better or do you think they have started you on to higher does and you are getting side effects ?
If it is the latter they will calm down in time x
• in reply to
I was on 50 and been on 100mg for about a month! How is your birthday going? Are you 21 again?
• in reply to
Could be then that either 100mg are just not working or giving you side effects they will sort you out tomorrow
Well just had steak and chips about to demolish the Christmas chocolate which will really help the indigestion and if only I was 21 again and knew what I knew now , I would certainly do some things different x
• in reply to
Are you married, kids? Yeah get into the chocolates! 😆
• in reply to
Yes married and 3 kids even though they are all adults now
What about you ? x
• in reply to
