Thanks caits, as I of course start to panic thinking it's something serious! I'm a smoker, and have tried to quit recently, but anxiety gets the best of me and never end up quitting. It's reassuring to know that you have it too. Not that I'm happy you have it too, but is reassuring to know its not just me!

Yes. Mine is neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, knees, & feet. =/ I feel your pain.

Oh my gosh Linda, you picked the right day to ask this question. Last night while watching tv, I got upper back and chest pain. I jumped up thinking, this is it,

the "Big One". And it was gone as fast as it came on. I then realized that I was

twisted around in my chair talking to my daughter and it had to be a muscle tightness.

Especially since I had swept the snow off the porch several hours earlier. So yes, it

does happen. I popped the heat bag into the microwave which helped relax those muscles. Hope this helps some.

So what about pain everywhere & irritability & moodiness...I am not good in social situations & I just fought with a school counselor & now I cannot shake it. Woke up today again with panic & heart pounding BP sky high heart rate 120s! How to calm myself???
