I am sorry. I know the feeling. There is something called "grounding" that my therapist used on me over the phone. I don't know quite how to explain it.
I am going to look it up and get back to you on that. It really, really helped
bring me back to reality and alleviated the worries for a while.
Maybe someone else may see this and be able to better explain it.

for Anxiety Relief.
Grounding Techniques are a very effective way to use awareness of your body to
stop you head spinning out in anxiety thinking.
Hopefully you will get something out of reading this site rather than my trying to
