Woke up this morning with bad head presser feeling really dizzy shaking sick ringing me both ears pains in my left arm and heads my victimD is low it's making me just want to clue up and cry

Hi. Sorry that you are having such a bad day. Just a thought - have you had any sinus conditions, tests done? The symptoms sound quite like a possible sinus problem.

I've had ct scan of my head bloody test I have my lungs and haert checked and they are all coming back ok

ok. However, I would still get the sinus check done just to be sure. If nothing comes of that then it is most likely anxiety behind your problem as is so often the case.
