Fluttery feelings in chest??

I keep getting fluttery feelings in my chest anyone know what this is? It's like a heart beat but it's not actually my heart? Weird? Freaks me out,?

Sounds like heart flutters, like your heart is out of sync? Random ones. I have had them in the past and still get the odd one now and them. I ended up calling ambulance a few years ago and had ecg. But it all came back fine. It was anxiety with me. ALWAYS get it checked out if it's worrying you. Professionals need to confirm xx

Ithink Lily is spot on, have had them for years, heart putting extra beats, have had lots of ecgs all came back normal,ask your GP for a mild Beta Blocker, if it is preying on your mind try not to worry about it i am sure you will be fine, best wishes, Merry Xmas xxx

I get them everywhere even my stomach.. I hate going to the doctors it seems like my second home at the moment 😁 its a horrible thing to have just can't wait for my cbt now!! Thanks haplybchristmas to you also and thank you both for replying x
