Hello, everyone. It has been quite a while since my last post on this site, and I would say that for the most part I have been handling my anxiety very well. I haven't been afraid of many things for the past 2 weeks or so, and it has been fantastic. However, I woke up to day with a slight burning feeling in my stomach, and it has lasted all day. I am still recovering from acid reflux, but I have never felt this before. It is kind of a nauseous, gassy feeling, but I really don't know how to describe it. I guess I would like to know if anyone has experienced this before. It just seems like it has come out of no where, and instantly my mind fears that it is something serious. Thank you for any support or guidance.

HI,
I had a Panic attack early hours of this morning and the main symptom is a burning stomach. The blood rushes from your stomach due to the adrenalin surging everywhere else.
Mine is so painful it fuels the panic.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
