Can aniexty or OCD make you think of different outcomes then they keep repeating...... so can it make you really think of the aniouxs horrible bad thought and outcome,!then as much u tell your self that this is not what's u want and I don't want thought and can it make your pro-form a action but then u think hold on this is not what I want then u start going all panic, this is HORRIBLE hope u all know what I mean as i like abit of help 😊 Thanks 😊

Yes a normal part off ocd but it's only a thought just let it pass by and then distract your self ..... hope this helps
