Not currently. I was prescribed buspirone on Monday but im scared to take it. I have Ativan if I really need it it But, I never take it either cuz all it does is put me to sleep. I've taken maybe 5 in the last year.

They want me to starte propranolol but am to scared to take it I have health anxiety so I hate taking tablets I just suffer it's horrible will it ever go away I just think something's gonna happen have pains in my chest think it's my heart xx

It's just heightened anxiety fooling your mind. I can assure you nothing bad is about to happen. Try to do something to distract your mind that's relaxing.

I know. I believe it's just adrenaline from the whole " fight or flight kinda thing" prepares us for danger that we think we are in even when we aren't physically in danger it would sure come in handy if we were though. Don't know how to get rid of the awful feeling in the mean time though ..

Hi. I have had two heart attacks this year, and in my case there was no warning at all - it just happened. For several months after that I was like you and imagined that I was about to have another. This was entirely due to anxiety. If you have had all the tests and they show nothing wrong, tg=hen it is highly probable that nothing is wrong. I do understand your feeling - it is very real at the time. I dont know if you have already consulted a doctor about help for your anxiety, but that is what I would suggest. I wish you well.
