Wow where to begin... I am 20 years old and have been suffering from severe anxiety for the past two years. It all began one night after being drugged at a night club.. The next day I just haven't been the same since...
First off my initial anxiety was the fear that no matter what I drank or ate and no matter where I got it from or who made it for me - it had been laced with drugs (of course that is irrational) it took me a year to overcome that fear and I did it all on my own without any medication.
However, the physical symptoms I now suffer are herendous...
Dizziness
Pressure in head/sinus
Nausea
Heart palpitations/racing heart/slow heart
Tingling sensations
Headaches
Paranoia
Eye floaters
Shakes
And about a thousand others
You name it and I have it....
Please feel free to message me I would love to get to know people who are going through the same thing and more importantly to know we aren't alone...

First of all know you are not alone. Anxiety is debilitating and takes every ounce of inner strength to get a grip on it. I also suffer from all the irrational thoughts and worry. I found that working with my therapist with CBT very much helps. It is the most difficult time of my life, but knowing there is support out there helps me through the rough times. Take care!

Wow it's amazing that I'm not alone,, Ive had anxiety for about a month now and it's totally ruining me! I'm like a zombie.. I got to force myself to eat coz don't feel hungry! I get a sensation like I've just came off a roller coaster! Neck pain chest pain! I had pins and needles in my leg and arm for a whole week constant! I went to the doctors last week everyday except the weekend coz it was closed.. I have every medical condition you can think off in my head and I can't stop it!! I cry all the time! I never cry usually I was so happy! I had a panick attack never had one before and I almost went to hospital until my sister in law came and told me what was happening!! I wouldn't wish this on anyone it's a heartbreaking place to be
sorry to here of your situation. Your definitley not alone. I too suffer from anxieties for
many years. Scares the hell out of you and ruins your life. Do get help, hope your family can give you love and support. Maybe try meds from your doctor, they helped
You have to realise that these physical symptoms are part of your condition and not a cause for concern. Sometimes I will still get numbness, tingling or other anxiety symptoms (although a lot less now). the trick was my approach to it. If you worry about it you just perpetuate the symptoms. Accept the symptoms, take them in, welcome them, relax your mind and body and just carry on. Where necessary meditate a bit (this is an N/B skill). I can guarantee that when you do this you will slowly notice the symptoms disappearing. Be positive and get better !
Hi I had anxiety fo over one year it's the worse thing ever I was a super happy and active person I had my firs panick attack and that day I thought i was going to die I went to lot of problems lost my job my daughter had to leave university because I was feeling that I was going to pass out and she was not going to be there. I use to go to emergency room like ones every week almost lost control of my life I was on lorazepam for one year but I only use to take half when I really need it but now I find a natural pill call trankilin that is working great and I'm doing lot better I wish I can be normal again soon.
I have suffered with anxiety and panic attack for the last 15 years.
I guess i have always been a worrier but i had my first attack when my mum almost died from menigacoccol. Since then im obsessed with having a heart attack, i guess because thats what the symptoms feel like.
