Trying to feel better :)
You'll be okay just stay positive
By the way alot of bad viruses going around right now! I work for Kaiser and we have so many sick people right now with bad stomach flu and cough and terrible body flu, even those that have had their shot.
There is such a thing as viral syndrome, same idea as post concussive syndrome with head injuries, your body cones down with a virus and can sometimes take months to fight it off fully, especially with certain viruses as the cytomegalovirus hand foot and mouth virus or certain enteroviruses. Some lay dormant in your body like chicken pox. Hand foot and mouth can erupt months later and rebound.
Yeah idk this whole thing started with what I would describe as a panic attack when I look back at it my heart was acting weird one night (palpitations most likely but I wasent aware what it was so freaked me out) then I started hyperventilation or breathing a lot and pacing to help get my heart on track....andtunnel visions, hands and feet tinkled like asleep and tight chest....so I woke my sister and family and they calmed me down and slowly improved over few hours....then the next day I was normal...I stayed jormal for about 1 month or longer...even served jury duty in that time....then suddenly one morning I wasent feeling right....didn't have a panic attack this time but def. was mild anxiety....and it's been like ths since....with symptoms of heart palpitation, chest pains sometimes....tonight none if that...difficulty breathing and worst of all feeling ill in the mornings ...if I didn't feel ill I would ignored lob he other things heck I don't have them thst often....but yeah that's what happened...
.tonight partial headache, I took some asprin that helped some...might take some sodium naproxen eventually because of headache
Interesting. Sounds kinda like what happened to me but in a milder form. Is it possible you might just be stuck in a state of hypochondria/generalized anxiety since? It's so easy once something that traumatic happens to you to then have a hard time any time your body's state of homeostasis is altered ya know?
Maybe but I couldn't work a job like this it Seems, I lay around all day watching tv...only thing that could have triggered it is that attack I guess...but then suddenly came up few months later because I have minimal stress
no , you NEED a job. Your a young man, get off as_, turn off the TV. Get a construction job or some job you can work hard at and try to forget you problems. I've had anxieties for forty years. May-
be get on some meds. but start being positive the best you can. You sound like a woo is me type of guy... Maybe I'm wrong ?

lol thanks buddy, trying to get back to school soon as i get over all this...finish up my degree...but thisnt isnt just some depression ...i have some heart and body things going on forsure...but yeah soon as i get over it...
Yeah...seems like you're stuck in a pattern physically....whether from stressors or from something brain chemical or virus caused who knows. have you tried doing small walks in the am?
Yeah exercise can help sometimes but regardless why would I wake up like that?
