Dry mouth feel like I can't breathe

I hate this feeling I've got dry mouth I feel like there's no air in my lungs and I need to sleep!!

Hi pinkkim, I kinda wanted to skeep laid here &;had to get up cos felt dry &,like weird no air,I worry cos last time felt like this cane down wirh bad chest infection , anyway I had a large glass of orange juice so tired need to sleep.soo drained top so a good sleep may do us good , o may gargle wirh done salt Water on the morn coyld be bacteria related dobt wanna get ill take my vitamins and take one of those prioboticyoghurt drinks too x I .also considerING getting a air purifier!! sleep well binkynoo x

I have had same exact symptoms last two nights like spongebob when he gets dried out, no matter how much h20 I drink my mouth throat and sinuses just feel dry as a bone and make swallowing and breathing very very uncomfortable

I find if I let a fruit pastel dissolve very slowly it helps - sort of let it stick to roof of mouth
