I really thought I was controlling this weird feeling I kept getting but the last week or so they have been bad shaking like mad headache from hell feeling like am gonna pass out all the time and it's starting to scarcer me I get this weird feeling in my whole body and just want the all to go way

I am having some of the same symptoms you are. I often feel light headed and I'm shaking like crazy. Unfortunately, I do not know what this is caused by and it's really scaring me that I shake so much.

Sounds like anxiety to me can make u feel very ill
