Panic Attacks On The Bus?

I sometimes get panic attacks, not as bad as prior to medication, and I have Emetophobia. I am worried about catching the bus, due to fear of having a panic attack and being stuck on the bus, or having something trigger my Emetophobia. Please message me or comment if you have any suggestions as to how I could ease it.
