Anxiety questions

So, here lately when I am falling asleep, I get scary chest pains on the left side of my chest and also encounter pains on one or both arms. I woke up last night to use the restroom and my whole arm was sore like it was bruised and swollen. When I awoke this morning I felt fine. No pains in my chest nor arm. I am 30 years old, 5'10" and 155 lbs. I am active, but I have a rather shitty diet because I am usually broke and have to eat whats cheap. I went to the ER this time last year and they did an EKG, a blood test, a urine test and a Sonogram and everything came back fine. Also, back in 2010 I was diagnosed with GAD. Can anybody relate to this? Thank you so much

I get that all my muscles ache it's because your so tense and I wake up throw the night and go into shock I get confused where I am start shaking and going dizzy

@vicky17- Do you feel these are general symptoms of anxiety?

Yeah they are u can get so many symptoms that everyone is different aswell
