I've been feeling dizzy for the past two days. When I sit or lie down and get up I feel light headed and off balance for a few seconds. And while I lie I feel dizzy and like the bed is like a wave under me. When I w wake up in the morning its alot better. It starts at twilight usually. And its terrible. I also feel the tight band around my head. Idk what to do. No meds help. That's when I knew it was anxiety but idk how to deal with it.
