Strange dizziness

I've been feeling dizzy for the past two days. When I sit or lie down and get up I feel light headed and off balance for a few seconds. And while I lie I feel dizzy and like the bed is like a wave under me. When I w wake up in the morning its alot better. It starts at twilight usually. And its terrible. I also feel the tight band around my head. Idk what to do. No meds help. That's when I knew it was anxiety but idk how to deal with it.

You may have low blood sugar. This can be remedied by having small a,punts of protein every 3-4 hours, perhaps give it a try for a few days.

It sounds like something I had called BPPV (benign proximal positional vertigo) it is curable through exercise. Look it up on the Internet or go and see an ent doc.....

I also get dizzy but if you get up to fast it will happen. Even if you are laying in bed, the same thing happens to me. Just be aware of it and watch the way you do things. It is a terrible feeling the whole room is spinning. Hope you feel better.
