Honestly lots ofbus who use this site are always having daysbthat are full of dread and if we're lucky, days when we are feeling a little better. Best to either call the BLF direct who ate brilliant and fully understand what you're talking about or write on here,like you've done. Panic attacks,stress,anxiety - call it whatever you want - its all horrible isn't it. But it does pass !!! Chin up !!!
