why must it come back so bad after a good day yesterday!? ive been feeling irritable, on edge, having crappy thoughts again, dizzy, having headaches, pain in my chest and that horrible lump in my throat which makes me feel like i cant breathe

It can come back at any time but you survived before and you will again. Remember the good days also come back and hopefully more often!
