Hey everyone, is that okay to do sport when your heart beating fast ? I mean since i have anxiety my heart always beating fast . i feel like I'm a bit exercise intolerant :(

I don't know what Tammy ment, but I'm sure you'll be fine your heart is racing because of your anxiety nothing elce, exercise is good for your anxiety anyway I feel much better after a work out good way to release the adrenalin :-) :-)

I have same problem my heart always races all day I'm afraid to workout it might race even faster

If you have been checked out by doctor and told your heart is okay, absolutely yes. Play sports. Your heart is the strongest part of your body. It can handle a lot. If you don't exercise, that harms your heart. My grandson was born with heart defect and has had 3 operations since birth and he's 10 and his cardiologist and regular doctor says he can play sports. He is on soccer team and he's very good. He usually plays the whole game but there are times he gets really tired so the coach will let him sit out til he feels better. Of course, other healthy kids get tired too, so they are able to sit out for awhile too. Playing sports will help your anxiety big time and your health.
