I have been feeling fine in the morning and the first part of the day. Then I get really anxious around 3 pm and super fatigued..

hi katie strangley i can get like that most days but on others i i struggle in the morning but im fine in the afternoon depends on how well i sleep ! i sleep better on my days off proberlly because i sleep most of it ! hope your keeping well david

Its weird. I only slept for 6.5 hours last night and I haven't had much anxiety, other than the morning today. I had some around like 5:30 pm , but right now I'm just having some chest tightness and physical symptoms. I may be coming down with a cold, but I'm not obsessing over the thought of dying.

Mine is the opposite. I wake up anxious and then it fades when I get busy. Make sure you are keeping nourished all afternoon with small snacks of carbs. I know from experience that nothing works all the time.

I get anxiety in the morning too. Its never that consistent.

Try having something to eat around 3,sounds like a drop in your blood sugar,nothing sweet though,a salad sandwich,or banana,also take a large glass of water,or green tea if you like it,,my anxiety can come sometimes in the morn,and sometimes in the evening,it just depends ,I can never tell how im going to feel from one minute to the next,xxxxx

Yes. I have been doing a calorie cut to about 1750 calories and I tend to eat breakfast around 9:30 or 10:00 am and then not eat anything until like 3:00 or 3:30 pm again. I get busy with school work and do not think to eat anything.
