Trouble Breathing
Yes it is normal to hyperventilate and have trouble breathing. Do you still have it or has it got any better?
Thanks for your reply! It went away for a while when I was downstairs moving then I came back to the room here and it’s on and off but just trying to ignore it and carry on
That’s good, I notice I have it sometimes in the morning when I get in and I struggle to breathe but fine once I settle and relax for a bit. Yes ignorance is the best thing.
It’s a tough symptom to deal with really. Sorry that you go through it too. I read your other post about the high heart rate hope you are okay and take good care of yourself. Anxiety brings on such terrible symptoms doesn’t it? Nobody deserves it. If you ever need to talk you can message me on here if you’re ever going through something
Yeah my main issue is my heart and stomach more than anything except I get muscle twitches/vibrating feet. My high heart rate always worries me and when it doesn’t settle and goes irregular but learning if the hospital isn’t worried I shouldn’t be, there the professionals. Yeah I try and help people as much as people help me on here as I find it a great help and don’t feel alone in all this and other people are going through the same thing which is reassuring it’s not gonna kill me.
I’m truly sorry you have to experience the awful symptoms that come with anxiety. I totally understand 100%. I go through so many changing physical symptoms too and when one goes away a new health problem begins feels never needing. I hear people always say to just not fight the feeling and just let it come and go and distract your mind while it’s happening. It’s easy to say that when you’re not suffering I know but I’ve had some pretty wild fears of my own. Last week I was obsessively worried my brain would shutdown and I wouldn’t be able to speak or understand anybody and I was also getting bad heart/upper back pain almost went to the ER but didn’t afterall cause I calmed myself down.
